1Los estudiantes de la Licenciatura en Matemáticas estarán inscritos en la asignatura Matemáticas I (Honor), MA1121. Los estudiantes tendrán dos semanas de prueba y diagnóstico en esta asignatura. Al cabo de estas dos semanas el estudiante podrá optar por el cambio a la asignatura Matemáticas I, MA1111, en una sección prevista con el mismo horario que MA1121.

2La Coordinación de Matemáticas recomienda a los estudiantes de la Licenciatura en Matemáticas optar por el curso equivalente de Matemáticas II (Honor), MA1122.

3La Coordinación de Matemáticas recomienda a los estudiantes de la Licenciatura en Matemáticas optar por el curso equivalente de Matemáticas III (Honor), MA1123.

4 El estudiante debe tomar seis (6) Electivas de Área. Dos de estas electivas deben ser tomadas en el área de Probabilidad y Estadística, dos otras deben ser tomadas en el área de Modelaje y las dos restantes deben ser tomadas en el área de Análisis Numérico.

5 Puede ser tomada como Electiva Matemática o Electiva Libre cualquier asignatura de código MA o CO perteneciente a la oferta de la Licenciatura de Matemáticas y que figure en el plan de estudio a partir del tercer año; la inscripción como Electiva Libre de asignaturas que no cumplan con este criterio debe ser autorizada por la Coordinación.
